High Noon at Eastern Neighbours – informal discussion about the EU and Western Balkan. Our guest was photographer and author Donald Weber elaborating on the exhibition Stray Dogs Walk the Red Carpet by students from the Royal Academy of Art in The Hague. Moderated by Mak Kapetanovic, former executive director of ENFF, currently Sarajevo-based and working in the field of public diplomacy and political analysis.
