On Tour: Without Air at LHC, Utrecht

Louis Hartlooper Complex, Utrecht | 29 October 2024 | 19:00 hours

The debut feature film by Romanian director Katalin Moldovai comes to LHC, Utrecht as part of the ENFF On Tour program. A seemingly innocent report triggers a chain of events that causes Ana, a high school teacher, to lose her footing in the world she once believed was secure.

The film will be followed by a Balkan cocktail for all attendees.

ABOUT THE FILM. A high school teacher faces an absurd battle to defend herself after a parent accuses her of promoting homosexuality for recommending Agnieszka Holland’s Total Eclipse to her 17-year-old students to better understand Rimbaud’s work. She must choose between standing up for her principles or quietly backing down.
