On Tour | Requiem for Mrs. J | KINO Rotterdam | 24.09.17.

A full house screening and a Dutch premiere of Requiem for Mrs. J last night at KINO Rotterdam! This award-winning film with Mirjana Karanovic, the true diva of the ex-Yugoslav and contemporary Balkan cinema, premiered this year’s Berlinale. ENFF’s artistic director Rada Sesic introduced the film and announced the upcoming edition of the festival. The screening was followed by solo performance of wonderful Macedonian/Dutch vocalist and composer Aleksandra Popovska, and pleasant conversations afterwards with delicious snacks and famous sljivovica drink. It was a great and emotional evening and we would like to thank everybody who dedicated their Sunday evening to our special event.
