A metaphor of time and space and how it affects every aspect of our life. A great success for the small cinema production from Montenegro to be selected for Orizzonti Short Competition at the Venice Film Festival in 2015. Dutch Premiere

SYNOPSIS

In the backyards there are sheds, a huge old tree, wild plants with wild offspring, waste scattered around. This is where they spend their time. A decaying building is about to be destroyed and someone may go beyond. Soon one of them becomes aware of the sea.

DIRECTOR`S STATEMENT

I wanted to make a film that dealt with the spaces we live in, the microcosm of my home town, time and how we perceive it while we wait in our backyards regardless of whether we take them literally or as a metaphor.
