Home is a short experimental video touching with sensibility on the profound inner pain caused by not being able to see one’s far away family and friends during the Covid-19 lockdown crisis. Dutch Premiere

Synopsis

Two artists from Serbia, film director Tanja Brzakovic and actress Jelena Bosanac, both living in Berlin, got in touch early on in the Covid-19 lockdown and discovered that they were interested in making a film reflecting on the same pain. The pain of not being able to travel back home to see loved ones. The result of their collaboration is a poetic and touching short film about a young woman’s isolation and the mental mechanisms she finds for coping with a deep need for togetherness with her mother and father.
