Film talk by prof. Nenad Fiser

Nenad Fiser taught philosophy at the University of Sarajevo, until the war broke out in 1992 and he resettled in The Netherlands. He worked 20 years at the International Criminal Tribunal for Former Yugoslavia in The Hague as an Analyst and Research Officer. His specialty is in the domain of acquisition of information from Internet-based sources. His major research subject is the phenomenon of propaganda, the mechanisms of its work, and legal issues in dealing with indictable forms of propagandistic action.
